Selecting
Choose firm berries with a sweet smell, without any trace of mould or mildew.
Storing
Blueberries ripen after harvest but should only be picked when they have reached their final color.
At home, you can keep them for a couple of days at room temperature and up to 10 days at 4°C or 5°C.
Eating
Great as they are or with a splash of low-fat cream.
