Activities

Banan-Kompaniet is the major operator in purchase, ripen and market of bananas in Sweden. It has 2 ripening plants in Sweden and sources bananas from Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic and other Latin American countries.

Saba purchases and distributes fruit, vegetables and flowers. Saba distributes a wide range of products and has over 1200 articles sourced from more than 500 suppliers in nearly 70 countries. Products are distributed to customers in Sweden. Saba is located in Helsingborg, Malmö and Västerås with 300 employees.

Saba Fresh Cuts has been operating in Sweden since 2001. Saba Fresh Cuts prepares and sells over 70 fresh-cut salads and vegetables to the retail and foodservice industry, sourced from approximately 30 selected suppliers. The products are distributed to customers in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany and the Baltic states. Saba Fresh Cuts AB is the leading producer for washed and ready-to-eat salads in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Saba Fresh Cuts has a factory in Helsingborg, Sweden and employs about 120 full time workers depending on the season.
