"I am Frédérique Roger and I joined Dole France in the Quality Department in 1999. I was working for the Quality Manager and when she left the company in 2001 … I took over her position.
Quality is at the heart of everything we do at Dole. I am now responsible for organizational issues, certifications (ISO 9000: 2000, IFS and BRC), regulation monitoring, control of phytosanitary programs and follow up on customer specifications. All of this for the French ripening and distribution network, which includes 9 sites."

"My name is Philipp and I became part of the Dole family in Germany about 8 years ago, as a Commercial Import/Export Apprentice. After 4 years of studying Business Administration and gaining work experience with Dole in California and Costa Rica, I am now Assistant to the General Manager.
These are exciting times! We established the first Dole Banana Ripening and Distribution Center in 2006 – the start of a new business concept called "Forward Integration". I am lucky enough to be part of it."

After 3 years of full time studying (Teacher of the Second Education, then I took courses of Customs, Basc, ISO, International Businesses) At the moment I am taking course of German language and gaining work experience with Dole in Hamburg (DEU) in Sales Department for 6 months.

We work in partnership with our retail and wholesale customers, creating operations and promotions around Dole quality. I learn things every day at Dole and I feel I have really developed as a person. "
"Hi my name is Tammy. My career at Dole began in 1998 in the UK; I was employed by JP Fresh and seconded to South Africa to work along side the new Dole South Africa. I was responsible for setting up and developing our Food Safety and Quality Assurance systems to assure all DOLE products exported to the UK market were of the correct quality and safe to eat.
After 4 years I left Dole to further my education and I completed my MBA at the University of Cape Town. I returned to Dole as a consultant on a new project to test the market demand for fresh cut fruit salads in Europe. Although after the pilot we did not take the business mainstream, the learning’s were invaluable and gave us an insight into this high value market.
Today I fulfill the role of Corporate Communications Manager for Europe. This is a great job with a lot of variety and based in Paris. My main functions are to manage our external and internal communications, with a lot of interaction with our corporate office in the US. I am also part of the Europe Marketing and Europe Nutrition Teams."

"My name is Gilles Alix. I joined Dole in 1994 when it acquired the fruit ripening company where I was previously working in France. This was part of Dole’s expansion in Europe, to offer customers a complete, integrated service. Since then, my career has really taken off. I quickly received new responsibilities and today I am in charge of management control for Dole France and Dole Benelux, as well as being responsible for supplier accounts. Dole is a growing company and your career can grow with it".

Sandrine Baldin joined Dole Europe in 1999. "I was offered the post of Assistant in Human Resources and took over full responsibility just a year later.
Today, as Manager of RH and General Services, my work includes developing staff competencies, payroll and the application of legislation. Dole gives you responsibility. If you want to develop and progress, you certainly can with us."
